Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming project “Spirit” with Prabhas has become a hot topic of discussion following a viral interview where Vanga shared exclusive insights.
In the interview, he revealed that, unlike his previous projects like “Arjun Reddy” and “Animal,” where he had ample time to craft the scripts, “Spirit” poses a new challenge with a strict deadline.
In the interview, Vanga said, “I took one and half years to write Arjun Reddy as there was no pressure to finish it fast as we were still looking for a producer. In the case of Animal also, I took more than one and a half years to finish writing the script as I had a lot of time during COVID.”
He continued, “But in the case of Spirit, there is a deadline. I have to start shooting by November or December this year. The film needs a lot of pre-production as well. So I have to finish the script of Spirit by August or September. He said only 60% of the script is finished till now”
This shift marks Vanga’s first experience with time constraints, raising questions about his creative process under pressure.
Will this extra pleasure bring out the best in him and come up with a film better than Animal or Arjun Reddy or will he succumb to pressure and come up with a not-so-fine-tuned script this time?
