Ashok Kumar (28 Votes) won over YVS Chowdary (18 Votes) as the Vice-President.

Bharat Bhushan winning over Tagore Madhu is a big setback for Dil Raju.

Dil Raju who is the outgoing President wanted his man as the President. He initially proposed Abhishek Nama’s name for the President. But Prasanna Kumar, C Kalyan, and others, the opposite faction of Dil Raju opposed saying the chance should go to Andhra this time as there are three Presidents continuously from Telangana.

They proposed Senior Distributor from Uttarandhra, Bharat Bhushan as their candidate.

The election panned out as Guild Vs Chamber.

Dil Raju, then, brought up Tagore Madhu’s name. Finally, Bharat Bhushan won and it is like the active producers (Guild) and Dil Raju’s attempts to maintain their hold over the Chamber did not work.
