The arrest of Telugu YouTuber and Bigg Boss fame Shanmukh Jashwanth is the most talked about topic now and here is a set of facts pertaining to the case, as reported by a leading Telugu media outlet.
Apparently, Shanmukh first met a doctor named Mounika and promised to provide her with opportunities in acting field. He then introduced her to his brother Sampath Vinay. Sampath and Mounika grew close and were about to get married.
Six days before the marriage of Sampath and Mounika, the latter came to know that Sampath is already married. She then approached the police with a cheating case against Sampath.
The police then reached the flat that Shanmukh and Sampath were staying at in Hyderabad. Upon arrival, the police identified that Shanmukh was high on substances and they detained him. Upon further search, Ganja was found in the flat.
The police, who originally went to the flat to track Sampath over the cheating case filed by Mounika, found Ganja and detained both the brothers. They are being investigated at the Narsingi police station now. Shanmukh is facing drug usage charges while his brother is facing cheating charges.
Even Mounika was said to be at the police station after the brothers were detained, and so were the family members of the suspects. Mounik had filed a cheating case on the entire family. Further investigation is underway now.
