Slow Friday for New Releases at US Box Office

This week, we a have couple of new releases: Mangalavaaram and the Kannada cult film part two Telugu version titled Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati-Side B.

Both new releases had a sluggish start at the U.S. box office on their crucial first Friday. By 10 PM EST, they grossed below:

Mangalavaaram: $38,831

Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati-Side B (Kannada version): $19,760

Meanwhile, Tiger 3 stumbled on its second Friday, facing an inevitable crash.

The Bollywood hyped film from YRFs spy series grossed only $246,896 by 10 PM EST, a notably low number.
