The Jallikattu row and the ongoing protests are taking a new turn day by day and Kollywood seems to be growing totally hostile towards PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals). In Particular, Suriya is angry on the organization that is working for the welfare of animals.

Suriya is thinking of slapping a legal notice on PETA for the derogatory comments it made on Suriya on his stance on Jallikattu. PETA equated his support to Jalikattu as a publicity stunt for his upcoming release ‘Singham 3’ which is going to hit theaters on 26th January.
Besides this anger, Suriya has decided not to promote his upcoming film in Madurai and Tirunelveli in support of the protests that are going on in those places. The protests against Jallikattu ban have become more intense and many of the Kollywood celebs are voicing their support for the traditional sport.
