Tamannaah Using Injections to Maintain Her Figure?

Tamannaah Bhatia denies Ozempic rumours

Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has firmly denied rumours suggesting she used weight-loss injections like Ozempic to achieve her toned physique. In a recent interview, she clarified that her transformation is completely natural and not the result of any artificial methods.

Tamannaah explained that such gossip often follows actors who undergo physical changes for different roles. “I have been working in front of the camera since I was 15. People have seen me grow through nearly 100 films. I was slim even as a teenager, and I think I’ve maintained that. Women’s bodies naturally evolve every few years, so it’s impossible to look exactly the same,” she said.

Reflecting on the Covid phase, Tamannaah admitted it was a challenging time. “Covid hit my body hard. I love food my rice, roti, and dal so staying fit while shooting daily was tough,” she shared candidly.

Opening up about body image pressures, Tamannaah said she has learned to embrace change instead of fighting it. “Inflammation and body changes are real. Every woman experiences them. My curves aren’t going anywhere because I’m Sindhi that’s my natural bone structure,” she said proudly.

Rejecting Western beauty ideals, Tamannaah emphasised the importance of celebrating Indian identity. “I don’t believe in chasing global beauty standards. It’s aspirational to be Indian. People love our curves, and we should embrace them with pride,” she concluded.
