Three Out-Of-The-Box Blockbusters In 45 Days!

3 Box Blockbusters

Prithviraj Sukumaran’s latest movie, “The Goat Life,” also known as “Aadu Jeevitham,” has kicked off with a bang in all regions. This survival thriller has made a remarkable start at the box office on its first day.

The film is estimated to gross around 13-14 crores worldwide, with a significant portion coming from Kerala alone, estimated at 7 crores. Overseas collections are also anticipated to exceed 6 crores.

This is an impressive feat for a Malayalam film with no conventional commercial elements.

However, the Telugu dubbed version has had a slower start, but there’s hope for improvement, especially with Good Friday and the weekend ahead.

The Malayalam film industry has recently seen three major successes with niche content within a span of just 45 days. Starting with Mammootty’s “Bramayaugam,” followed by “Manjummel Boys,” and now “The Goat Life.”

These films stand out for their out-of-the-box content and high technical quality, resonating strongly with Malayalam audiences and providing a great theater experience.

Prithviraj Sukumaran, once criticized for his box office appeal, is now proving himself with “The Goat Life.” If the momentum continues, it could be the next Malayalam film to reach the 100-crore mark.
