Devi Nagavalli was a popular face as an Anchor in TV9 for several years.
Film Buffs will never forget that famous ‘Get Out’ episode she had with Vishwak Sen. Devi surprised everyone by appearing at Pushpa 2 Success Pressmeet.
Director Sukumar called all his Assistants on the stage and introduced each one of them to the audience.
Surprisingly, he introduced Devi as well as one of them.
Sukumar said she is an expert in picking some very interesting stories. He also added that her Journalism experience may have helped her. He even said he may even make a film with her story if everything goes right.
If that happens, it will be an achievement for sure.
One more interesting thing is that Sukumar asked Devi in specific if she had quit Journalism and she nodded in agreement.
Previously, TV5 Murthy also tried his hand in the film industry (in direction) but delivered a disaster.
