Will Rajini Join The List of SRK and Megastar?

Chiranjeevi-Rajinikanth-SRK2023 is turning out to be a special year for some legendary superstars of Indian cinema who have entertained the audience for many decades but have been facing a slump for the past few years.

Megastar Chiranjeevi made a smashing comeback with Khaidi No. 150 in 2017, but after that, all his films couldn’t succeed at the box office. Especially Acharya was one of the biggest blows in his four-decade career.

But Chiranjeevi once again proved his stamina at the box office during this year’s Sankranthi with Waltair Veerayya. The film is still the biggest hit and grosser of 2023.

Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan was also delivering flops and underperformers for almost a decade. After his film Zero became a huge disaster in 2018, he took a five-year break to reinvent himself. There were rumors on social media that SRK was finished.

But the king returned with a bang with Pathaan in January, which became one of the biggest blockbusters ever in Hindi cinema, grossing more than 1000 crores. His next film, Jawan, is also keenly anticipated.

Interestingly, Legend Kamal Haasan also delivered a huge blockbuster after a long time with Vikram, but that was last year.

Now it is the turn of superstar Rajinikanth to make a kickass comeback with Nelson’s Jailer. The film is getting a superb response at the ticket counters for advance bookings. The pre-sales are super strong not only in India but also in the USA.

Thanks to the interesting trailer, Tamannaah’s song, and seeing Rajinikanth in his vintage aura, there is excitement among the audience to watch Jailer. If the word of mouth turns out positive, then Rajinikanth will finally see a big hit after a long time, making 2023 a special year for him as well.
