A Plano, Texas based American woman was arrested on charges of assault and making racial threats after an incident outside a restaurant Wednesday night.
Esmeralda Upton, of Plano, has been arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury and a charge of terroristic threats. She’s being held on $10,000 bond.
The video went viral on social media and Indian WhatsApp groups overnight and led for an arrest. The women screams at the Indian woman to “go back to India, and even resorts physical abuse”.
