Amit Shah Attacks Jagan

For the first time, the BJP leadership spoke against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in this election season.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked Jagan Mohan Reddy and his government during his public meeting at Dharmavaram today.

He promised people to complete the long-delayed Polavaram project in just two years if the alliance is elected to power.

He emphasized that the BJP formed an alliance with the Telugu Desam Party and Jana Sena to eradicate anarchy, Gundagiri, corruption, conversion mafia, and land mafia in Andhra Pradesh.

He asserted this alliance was established to restore Amaravati as the capital city of Andhra Pradesh and also stated it would restore the purity of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.

Criticizing Jagan’s decision to make English as the primary language in schools over Telugu, Shah remarked, “In the end, our alliance was formed to safeguard the Telugu language.” He cautioned that as long as the BJP remained in power, it would save the Telugu language.

Shah highlighted the significance of the Polavaram project as Andhra Pradesh’s lifeline. He reminded that the central government had approved it during the state’s bifurcation. He criticized Jagan’s government for delaying the project due to corruption.

He promised that under the leadership of Chandrababu in the state and Narendra Modi at the centre, the Polavaram project would be completed within two years, ensuring water access to farmers.
