Looks like ex minister and YSRCP leader Anil Kumar Yadav will have to attend the summons by police. A few days back, Anil Kumar Yadav was given notices, but he did not go to the police station.
The police issued notices once again to him. He was asked to come for inquiry on August 4. It is known that Anil Kumar Yadav is A2 in the offensive language used against MLA Prashanthi Reddy case.
Anil Kumar Yadav feared arrest and did not turn up for inquiry. The police who were busy with ex CM Jagan‘s tour have speeded up the process.
However, as he got information that he could be arrested, Anil Kumar Yadav filed a quash petition in the High Court. Now, all attention is on the High Court ruling.
It remains to be seen if Anil Kumar Yadav will be arrested soon. It has to be noted that there are severe allegations against Anil Kumar Yadav in illegal quartz mining case.
The talk from Nellore is that Anil Kumar Yadav might soon join Kakani in jail.
