The government has approved Quantum Valley Declaration. The Declaration was issued during the Quantum Valley Workshop on June 30. It has been approved now.

The IT Electronics and Communication department secretary shared the news about the new development.

The main objective of the Amaravati Quantum Valley Declaration is to develop Amaravati into Quantum Gate Way Hub.

Quantum research, innovation, development, infrastructure structure, international tie-ups will be key focus areas, the government says.

The plan is to develop Q-chip-in as the biggest quantum bed in the country in the next 12 months.

The government has said that its objective is to develop Amaravati into world quantum center by 2035. Training and fellowships will be provided through Amaravati Quantum Academy to be started in 2026.

The first Quantum Computing Valley will begin in January, 2026 in Amaravati, according to the government. It will be a major milestone in the country’s quantum technology development.

Meanwhile, the area marked for Quantum Valley is being readied.
