‘CBI Playing Friendly Match With Jagan’

High Court Clears Route For Petition Against Jagan

It is known that YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju has filed a pil at the Supreme Court asking to cancel YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail. He requested the apex court to cancel Jagan’s bail and take action against him.

In Raghu Rama’s argument, it is noted “Jagan is an accused financial criminal and he used his father’s power to earn money by illegal means. He is accused of diverting Rs 40,000 crores. He should be put back in jail”

“The CBI is not taking any action against Jagan despite him being the main accused. The criminal trial accused (Jagan) and the prosecution(CBI) appear to be playing a friendly match.” The argument from RRR’s legal counsel read.

It is further established that “Jagan has been skipping criminal trial for many years. He was exempted from attending the hearing and investigation on the CBI case and that can’t be allowed to happen. The investigation on his illegal assets case should be taken forward.”

The apex court is taking the case up for hearing on the 24th of this month and it has to be seen how the court will see the same.
