Finally the suspense over the next Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Chairman is complete. After mulling over several names, Chandrababu Naidu decided to stick to his promise and is going to give the chance to Chadalavada Krishna Murthy. Chandrababu promised Chadalawada the post during the last elections but due to the high popularity associated with the post several names cropped up like Balakrishna, Murali Mohan, Rayapati Samba Siva Rao etc and there is immense pressure on Chandrababu but he decided to stick to the promise.
There is also talk within the government that Chadalavada however will not get more than one year term since there are several aspirants for the position. It is also decided that in the TTD board, Karnataka and Telangana will have one member representation. The total list of Board members is also ready with Chandrababu and the cabinet is expected to approve it in the next meeting on October 1st.
