Andhra Pradesh is finally producing a solid capital in the form of Amaravati, thanks to the consolidated and persuasive approach of the NDA government. But there is this one fundamental error with the general mindset of the population, and this has reached CM Chandrababu now.
One of the main factors associated with the general mindset of the majority of the Andhra public before the 2019 election was regarding the capital.
There was this common perception that the capital was not needed for the state as many people felt they would not be visiting the capital region frequently, and they would have nothing to do with it. This was later blown out of proportion by Jagan with his 3 capitals proposal.
And now finally, there is a bit of movement to have a strong capital in the form of Amaravati, but even to this day, chief minister, Chandrababu appears to be not fully satisfied with the mindset of the public.
At a meeting with a common folk today, the chief minister pointed out that it is extremely disgracing to see the public look down on the capital and feel as if it isn’t a priority.
“Many people think they do not have anything to do with the capital and would not mind if there is no capital at all. This is a wrong mindset and needs to change. We have all seen how Hyderabad has changed the fate of Telangana, and I was the fundamental leader behind it. I want to do similar things for Andhra Pradesh now.” Babu said.
The shocking consequences of the reckless attitude towards the capital has already taught the public a valuable lesson and they’ve now started to back CM Babu rule. But it appears that Babu wants an increased intensity regarding this capital emotion henceforth.
