Telugu Desam Party supremo Chandrababu Naidu has waged a long legal battle against the AP skill development case and he has now moved the Supreme Court against the same.
Incidentally, Naidu’s quash petition was disposed of by the AP High Court the other day. Now, Naidu has challenged the call at the Supreme Court.

Naidu’s legal team challenged the ACB court’s remand order at the apex court. They have filed a quash petition on the ACB court’s remand order at the Supreme Court today.
The quash petition will be presented in front of the main judge on Monday and there will be a request to take up the case on a priority basis.

With the experienced Siddharth Luthra, a veteran lawyer at the Supreme Court, at the helm of CBN’s team, this hearing at the Supreme Court is going to be a decisive one.
The quash petition could come to a hearing on Monday and more clarity will emerge after that.

It is known that the High Court had struck down the quash petition earlier, saying the investigation has reached the final stage and they can’t intervene now. What will the Supreme Court have to say? We shall wait and see.
