The plea of CBN’s lawyers was approved and the high court has now moved the case to the vacation bench which will now investigate the case.

The quash petition filed by CBN’s lawyers team is already under investigation at the Supreme Court and the verdict on the same is likely to be out on the 20th of this month.

Meanwhile, Naidu’s team has been pushing for bail at the ACB court and high court, amidst the growing concerns about Naidu’s health condition.
