Chandrababu Naidu Cases to CBI Supreme Court Serious

The Supreme Court has struck down petitions regarding shifting of Chandrababu Naidu’s cases to CBI.

A petition was filed asking to shift CID cases on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to the CBI. It was said that since Babu is the CM, there is a chance of his influencing the cases.

The court dismissed the petition even before hearing a word. The jury headed by Bela M Trivedi mentioned it was a useless petition.

In the past, High Court lawyer B Balaiah had filed the petition asking for the seven cases filed by CID to be shifted to CBI.

Advocate Mahender Singh represented Balaiah and the court was furious with him. The jury said that a huge penalty would be imposed even if a single word is uttered in the matter.

The court questioned why such a senior lawyer came forward to take up such a case.

Immediately, the Supreme Court struck down the petition.
