Andhra Pradesh chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu is one of the senior most leaders in Indian politics and his expertise is greatly valued by his current allies, the NDA.
If anything the NDA is fully committed to utilising the services of Chandrababu Naidu to the best possible capacity. Be it political campaigns or public events in neighbouring states, or customary events at official level, Chandrababu has become a prime presence at NDA events.
In the last couple of weeks, Chandrababu was utilised by NDA for the election campaign in Tamil Nadu, where he campaign in places with Telugu population.
This was substantiated by his presence at the swearing in ceremony of West Bengal, chief minister, Suvendu Adhikari of the BJP. Chandra Babu had a good interaction with Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah at this event.
Today, Babu is back in action for the NDA again as he took part in the swearing in ceremony of Himanta Biswa in Assam. He has been in action for the NDA at a different capacities for the last few days consistently.
The relationship between Chandrababu and the NDA was hot and cold multiple times in the past, but it has become largely consolidated and cemented now. This increasingly consolidating bonding is bad signs for YSR Congress and its chief Jagan Mohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh.
