Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is out of jail on an interim bail. YSR Congress Government got the upper hand over Naidu in every legal battle so far was taken back by this.
AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy tried his best to convince the judge not to grant the bail but in vain.
The Government requested the Court to assign two DSPs to snoop on Naidu by being with him continuously but the court did not allow it.
Later, the Government also filed an application not to allow Chandrababu to speak to media, taking up rallies, or political meetings. The court has yet to give its verdict on this plea.
Meanwhile, the entire YSR Congress ecosystem is in complete panic mode.
We have seen leaders like Sajjala, Ambati Rambabu, and Kodali Nani come before the media and shout it is only an interim bail.
Then, the party’s fleet on social media is shouting about bail conditions, violations, etc.
They are hoping and praying that Naidu’s bail will be canceled because of that.
It has come as a surprise that the party which makes tall claims of ‘Why Not 175?’ is so scared of facing Chandrababu Naidu.
If this is the situation now, it will be hard to imagine what happens if the Supreme Court decides the Quash petition in favor of the Former Chief Minister.
