Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the leader who will secure India’s and Andhra Pradesh’s future. He made the remarks at the Super GST–Super Savings meeting held at Nannuru in Kurnool.
Chandrababu said the GST savings initiative was only the beginning and promised that more benefits were on the way. He called Prime Minister Modi the “man of the 21st century,” adding that the 21st century truly belongs to Narendra Modi.
He said Modi arrived at the right time for the nation. Having worked with several prime ministers, Chandrababu noted that none matched Modi’s dedication. Under Modi’s leadership, India has risen from the world’s 14th to the 4th largest economy and is set to become a leading power by 2047.
He highlighted Operation Sindoor as proof of India’s strength, saying it showed the world that the country acts with results, not just words. Chandrababu said the operation reflected India’s growing global confidence and strategic capability.
He added that 98 Super Savings events have already been held, and with the GST reduction, 99% of goods now fall under the 5% tax bracket. He credited the “double engine government” for delivering double benefits to Andhra Pradesh through Super Six schemes and central grants.
