It is known that the AP high court granted interim bail to TDP supremo Chandra Babu Naidu in the skill case. He was granted 4-weeks interim bail by the court on health grounds.
In this context, blue media has been publicizing that Chandrababu has been ordered to stay in the vigilance of two DSPs and should not even meet his family members in the 4-week period.
But there is no truth in these blue reports. Here is a look into the actual conditions of the bail, as stated by the high court.
Naidu must submit a regular bond amounting to Rs 1 lakh along with two sureties. He can treated at the hospital of his choice at his own expenses.
Naidu must furnish the details of the treatment to the superintendent of the Rajahmundry jail on 28 November, when he must be surrendering. He must not interfere with the investigation or influence the witnesses.
The blue media’s argument on the vigilance of two DSPs is just a petition filed by the government lawyers and it was struck down by the court.
