Daily Hearing In Jagan’s Cases

YS Jagan Nampally court Summons

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is no longer the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and is now expected to face increased legal challenges in the coming days.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is poised to renew its pressure on him regarding old illegal assets cases.

The CBI Court will address the cases against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy tomorrow. The CBI Court is currently managing 11 cases filed by the CBI and nine by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

A trial was supposed to occur today, but since the judge is on leave, it did not happen. However, daily hearings will start tomorrow.

The High Court had previously refused Jagan permanent exemption from personal attendance due to his role as Chief Minister.

But was giving regular exemption on weekly basis.

However, with Jagan losing this official status, the CBI is pushing to have this exemption lifted.

They are urging the court to require Jagan’s attendance at the investigations, a requirement he had previously avoided by citing his official duties.

Thus, we can expect Jagan getting stuck in the legal web once again.
