The celebrations have gone overboard in a few places. In Kurnool, fans pelted stones at a theater complaining that the sound system is not good.
In Thatipaka, East Godavari, they used fire spray in theaters, and the theater screen caught fire and was destroyed completely.
In a few areas, the screens and chairs were damaged as a part of the celebrations. Theater management has registered police complaints against fans.
In many areas, the theaters did not screen the film without taking a caution deposit from fans. But even then, such incidents occurred.
In some multiplexes, they have terrified family crowds with ‘CM Powerstar’ slogans. In some places, they created traffic hassles with rallies.
Keeping aside these cases and all, this behavior reported in the media will only cause more damage to Pawan Kalyan and Janasena party’s image in the people.
