Ex-minister and BRS leader Harish Rao has once again approached the Telangana High Court. He filed an interim petition seeking to suspend the Kaleshwaram commission report. He also urged the court to stop the tabling of the report in Assembly sessions.
The Assembly registry is currently scrutinising the report. Earlier, both KCR and Harish Rao had filed petitions requesting a stay on the Kaleshwaram committee report.
The High Court heard the matter and issued notices. The judgement has been reserved until October.
Harish Rao stated that it is not for ministers or the Congress government to decide if any mistakes were made. He said only the courts and the people of Telangana can determine that.
He alleged that the government was afraid of the truth as it refused permission for a PPT presentation on Kaleshwaram. He also criticised the Congress government, saying it was unwilling to hear the facts.
Harish Rao requested the High Court to stop the Telangana government from acting on the committee report. The case is scheduled to be heard again on Monday.
