The illegal assets case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is back on track after he lost the recent general elections in Andhra Pradesh.
In a key development, the High Court of Telangana took up the petition filed against the illegal assets of Jagan Mohan Reddy.
This petition was filed by Harirama Jogaiah in the past. After hearing arguments, the High Court ordered to take up daily hearing of the cases filed against Jagan at the CBI court.
The government’s lawyer confirmed that the inquiry into this case will continue in the High Court. Meanwhile, the High Court postponed its next hearing by three weeks.
The investigation of this case has been delayed in the CBI court over the years due to multiple reasons. Now, with the order from the High Court, the case is expected to move further.
