Drug Market in Hyderabad which almost became Zero due to the Demonetization is coming back to life ahead of the New Year. Party drugs like Ecstasy Mephedrone and Expensive drugs like cocaine and heroin are being flown to the city from Mumbai and Goa. Customers are transferring the cash electronically to the benami accounts of the drug traders.

Hyderabad Police recently busted three drug busts but did not get any currency hinting at the fact that they are paid online. The huge spurt in demand of these drugs also prompted the price of the party drugs to shoot up in the last week of December.
The Police department will deploy undercover cops who would be out there keeping vigil on party spots to trap revelers snorting drugs on new year’s eve. Pubs and party venues were issued notices asking them not to allow drug use in their premises.
