Posani Krishna Murali is in Obulavaripalle police station on charges of using foul and obscene language against Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan, Lokesh and their families.
The big development in the case is that Posani has named Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy as the ‘script writer’ behind his obscene comments. Posani said before press meets he would get the script from Sajjala. He also acknowledged that he had spoken foul language and instigating words. He also named Sajjala Bhargav Reddy in promoting the content on social media.

Posani further said they worked together in creating caste-based rift among people with their press meets so that it would help YSRCP politically.
Posani also signed on a ‘nera angeekara patram’ accepting his role at the Obulavaripalle police station.

He accepted that he used obscene and foul language against present Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and his family. He also accepted that he spoke offensive words against Nara Lokesh. He also spoke to instigate caste differences, he said in his statement.
Posani said all this was the brainchild of Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy who would send him the script before press meets. Posani said he was with YSRCP since 2014 and disclosed that he used such language to incite caste differences.

Annamayya district Railwaykoduru magistrate gave him to 14-day remand. The argument started at 9.30pm on Thursday night and went on till 5am on Friday morning.
Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy and 20 other lawyers argued on Posani’s side. Few other lawyers argued from the police side. After the hearing, the magistrate imposed 14-day remand.
