Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy and his son Bhargava Reddy approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court for immunity from arrest in Posani Krishna Murali’s case.
Posani Krishna Murali confessed to the crime of abusing and inciting hatred against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, their family members, and a community in press meets and on social media based on the script given by the two.

Sajjala and his son approached the court. They were worried that they would be arrested in a case registered by the Obulavaripalle police in Annamayya district and requested to be granted anticipatory bail.
This is not the first case against the father and son duo.

Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy already got anticipatory bail in the TDP Office Attack Case.
Sajjala Bhargava Reddy also got one in the Social Media Cases.

It has to be seen if the courts will provide immunity once again.
Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy via the YSR Congress Back Office and Sajjala Bhargava Reddy via YSR Congress Social Media have been instrumental in many cases of the last five years. Every case filed and every arrest leads to either of them.
If it is a political leader, it is Senior Sajjala and if it is some social media activist, Junior Sajjala is coming into the picture.
The question now is how long the Judiciary will give immunity to them.
There is a clear pattern emerging that they are involved in multiple cases. If they are given the immunity, the cases will never be solved.
On the other hand, the Government is also not looking serious about pinning down Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy.
There is no effort whatsoever so far in that direction.
Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy is someone who will have direct access to all the secrets of Tadepalli Palace that happened between 2019 and 2024.
It can be also like they are building a strong case before touching the inner circle of Jagan Mohan Reddy so that nothing can go wrong.
