YS Jagan has active ED and CBI cases filed against him which mandates him to secure the permission from the respective court if he wants to fly to other countries. He has completed this process today in order to fly to Europe shortly.
A few minutes back, then Nampalli CBI court granted permission to Jagan to fly to Europe starting from the 20th of this month to 15th of May.
A conditional permission has been issued by the Nampalli CBI court where Jagan has been instructed to stay away from any activities that could influence the witnesses in this case. Along with that, he has been asked to submit a surety statement for a total of 1 lakh rupees.
Initially, Jagan had applied for permission to travel to London to spend time with his daughter who had been studying there, and this was approved by the CBI court today.
Jagan will have to submit his contact detail details, including email ID, phone number and itinerary of the travel to the CBI authorities before leaving the country. This trip will be closely monitored by the authorities, which is the standard protocol in such cases.
This must be some family relief time for Jagan, who is otherwise very occupied with political affairs as he likes to run his party from start to finish all by his own.
