Nandamuri Balakrishna’s SIL, Sri Bharat is contesting for Vishakapatnam Parliament. He was the candidate in 2019 as well and lost the election with a slender margin after JD Lakshminarayana cut TDP votes.
Sri Bharat revealed something very interesting about the Jagan Government Blackmailing the Infosys company.
“YSR Congress is trying to take credit for Infosys coming to Vishakapatnam. But they have nothing in it. Infosys planned to expand into Tier-2 Cities as a part of its Strategic Growth Plan. Vizag is on the list long back. When they came to know the Infosys office was opening, they called the company and said you will face trouble if you do not invite us for the inauguration,” Sri Bharat revealed.
He even threw a challenge. “You can say it is wrong. Show me one G.O. that extends any subsidy or sop to Infosys to bring them to Vishakapatnam. Back then, we gave eleven acres to bring Lulu Mall to Vizag. I can show the G.O.,” Sri Bharat questioned.
If true, this will be a very bad testimony of Andhra Pradesh in the business circles.
Meanwhile, according to the surveys, Sri Bharat is heading towards a very big majority in the Vishakapatnam Parliament this time.
