Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy is one of the accused in Jagan’s Uncle YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. His father, YS Bhaskar Reddy is still in jail in the same case.
At one stage, it looked like Avinash’s arrest was also certain but then, some invisible power saved him at the last minute.

Jagan in the Assembly stood firmly with Avinash asking why one eye would pierce another eye.
He did not even care for Viveka’s daughter Sunitha even though the latter is fighting for justice in the case.

Now, elections are nearing and Jagan is not in the mood to keep Avinash Reddy aside.
Jagan reportedly asked him to work in the Jammalamadugu constituency this time as he wants someone from the YS family to contest from the Kadapa Parliament.

Everyone expected Jagan to sideline Avinash in this election without political damage.
But then, he seems to be least bothered about Viveka’s murder case.
Meanwhile, there are rumors that Sharmila may enter Andhra Politics by becoming AP Congress President. If it happens, Viveka’s murder is likely to take center stage.
There are also rumors that Sharmila may contest for the Parliament or the Assembly from Kadapa district in this election.
