Jagga Reddy spices up Medak contest

JaggaReddy-

Rebel Political leader Jagga Reddy entered the Medak bi-election contest. Interestingly, he is contesting the elections from BJP bidding goodbye to the Congress party. He joined BJP a short while ago and will be filing his nomination today itself. Jagga Reddy was a staunch opposer of K Chandra Sekhar Rao and his TRS party since the days of Telangana agitation. He is the only leader who strongly voiced the need of United Andhra Pradesh in those days.

Jagga Reddy lost in the last election contesting from his own Sangareddy Assembly. Couple of months ago, he met Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan and had a closed door meeting. It was then termed as a casual meet. May be Pawan Kalyan cleared route for him to join BJP. Jagga Reddy also have the roots in BJP. He started his career in ABVP and worked for BJP some years before joining Congress. BJP now feels they have fielded a strong candidate against TRS’ Kotha Prakash Reddy and Congress’ Sunita Lakshma Reddy.
