Of late, KCR’s relatives have been landing in legal soups. Recently, his daughter Kavitha got arrested in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case. Just a few days ago, his nephew Kanna Rao was landed in a land encroachment case.
Now, a case has been filed against former BRS MP and KCR’s nephew Joginipally Santosh Kumar for an attempt at land encroachment.
Getting into details, Chinta Madhav, a representative of the Navayuga company, filed a complaint stating that Santosh and an individual named Lingareddy are trying to illegally grab land located at Road No 14, Banjara Hills.
The complaint read that the Navayuga company bought 1350-square-foot land in survey no. 129/54 and Santosh Kumar is trying to grab by forging fake documents.
The complaint was filed on March 21 and the police registered a case against Santosh under the IPC sections 400, 471, 447,120B read with 34.
