The Kodi Katha case has been one of the most stretched out politically driven cases in Andhra Pradesh politics.
Now, the NIA court has pushed the case to a new stretch as they’ve denied the bail plea of the main suspect Srinivas.
“There is nothing we can do about the bail plea in this case. You(suspect) should approach the supreme court with the bail plea.” The NIA court stated.
Recently, the high court of Andhra Pradesh canceled the bail plea of Srinivas that was allowed by the NIA court. Now, he has been instructed by the NIA court to go to the Supreme Court.
Further investigation has been postponed to 11 July. More details are expected to emerge then.
Now, the stage is set for the suspect in Kodi Kathi case to approach the Supreme Court. It is known that the Kodi Kathi incident happened back in 2018.
