JanaSena supremo Pawan Kalyan spoke at length about the ongoing political developments in Andhra Pradesh.
“The AP government named all the districts a long while back. But they withheld Konaseema district naming. Now, they’ve named it Ambedkar district and that resulted in an ugly clash. All this high drama started after Kadapa district was named after YSR,” Pawan said.
Pawan added that the government appears to be trying to divert the attention from YCP MLC Ananta Babu driver murder issue by orchestrating Konaseema violence.
“When JanaSena troops were holding a protest in Kakinada, the government deployed security forces in big numbers. What were they doing when the house belonging to their minister Pinipe Viswarup was being burnt?”
Pawan stated that the government has made it a habit to orchestrate violence in Andhra Pradesh for their vested interests.
Adding further, Pawan said the government is confining personalities like Potti Sreeramulu, Satyasai, Ambekar and others to specific regions by naming the districts after them.
