In Andhra Pradesh Politics, anything and everything is about caste. It becomes even worse when it is about Amaravati.
The latest is about the Tenders of Amaravati works. An unknown Newspaper has set the Agenda for Trolls to cry over Amaravati.

The Government recently called for Tenders worth 22,000 Crore in Amaravati for various works and the Paper says all the contracts have gone to Kammas, Reddys, and Kshatriyas only.
The Report is titled – “అమరావతి రాజధాని నిర్మాణంలో పాలు పంచుకోవడానికి ఎస్సీ, బీసి, కాపులకు అర్హత లేదా?”

This Newspaper Report is being made viral on Social Media by the Groups that spew venom on Amaravati. Along with YSR Congress, a few supporters of Janasena are also being a part in this campaign for caste reasons.
The Report has two parts – the first part is crying on Amaravati and the second is crying on the communities in the name of Social Justice.

About Amaravati, they say these are highest amount of Tenders called for works in shortest radial distance. They say such concentrated spending did not even happen in Modi‘s Gujarat.
No Government in recent times had to spend on building a Capital, so there is no precedent. So this is bullshit argument.
And then, they say thirty five works have gone completely to the Upper Castes – Kammas, Reddys, and Kshatriyas.
The Paper did not report but cast aspirations asking – If the companies belonging to Lower Strata can not give the Kickbacks the Government expects or if those in power would not touch the money given by the companies belonging to such lower communities.
Any Government work of this scale will not happen through nomination. All companies irrespective of the ownership and the communities of the owners have to participate in the prescribed Bidding Process.
Firstly, the companies have to pass through Technical Bidding proving their capabilities to execute these works. Many companies get filtered at this stage.
And then, the Financial Bids will be opened and the companies with lowest bids will win.
Are there any companies in these which won the Tendering Process just because of the caste without eligibility?
Are there any companies which were discriminated because the owners are from Lower Castes?
Answers for Both the Questions are NO!
So these companies will deploy so many workers and staff to execute these works. They will be paid wages and Salaries.
Will they restrict themselves to employing only people of their communities?
So where is the question of SCs, BCs, and Kapus not participating in Amaravati Capital Construction?
Amaravati has already suffered once due to this malicious campaign. It has got a second leash of life due to God‘s will.
Campaigns like this will become even worse in the days to come.
The Capital should be protected from these conspiracies at least now or the future Generations will suffer.
