
A latest survey viral in Social Media on Guntur district. In 2019, YSRCP won 15 Assembly segments out of 17 and TDP won just 2 Assembly segments. As per the latest survey which was conducted on November’2023, TDP and Jena Sena alliance has managed to win 13 Assembly seats and YSRCP is able to won just 4 segments. Dissindence in YSRCP cadre against MLAs and neglecting Amaravathi brought are the strong reasons for getting negative report against YSRCP.
TDP might win with huge majority in Tadikonda and Ponnur Assembly segments. The difference between two parties are more than 20%. Lokesh is going to win Mangalagiri around 30K majority in coming elections. YSRCP has comfortable in Guntur (west), Narasarao Pet and Macharla where 1% edge shown over TDP in Bapatla Assembly segment. This survey predicts Jena Sena will contest from Tenali as part of the alliance.
That being said, if the survey you mentioned is accurate and representative, it suggests a significant change in the political landscape of Guntur district compared to the 2019 elections. Dissatisfaction within the YSRCP cadre and issues related to Amaravati seem to be contributing factors, according to the survey.
