Chandrababu Naidu has waged a seemingly lengthy legal battle against the AP CID and the YCP government as the two entities have alleged multiple cases against him.
Coming to the topic, the coming week is an important one for Naidu as his bail pleas regarding skill case, liquor, and sand cases come to the investigation.
Firstly, Naidu’s regular bail petition regarding the skill case at the AP High Court will come to a hearing tomorrow, November 15. This hearing is an important one as Naidu’s interim bail expires on 28 November and that puts a lot of emphasis on this regular bail.
Then there is the quash petition on the skill case that is in the penultimate stage at the Supreme Court. The judgment on the same will be out any day after 19 November, as stated by the apex court.
And as for the anticipatory bails in the liquor and sand cases filed by the AP CID, the next hearing is on the 22nd of this month.
Meanwhile, the AP CID has now issued a notice to TDP regarding skill case, asking for the financial records of the party.
All these cases are very much giving an indication of the method of operation of the YCP government and this could well come back to haunt them with the AP elections not too far from now.
