Crucial developments are happening in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder case.
Rumors are rife that the CBI had written to the Kurnool SP that intends to arrest Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and asked the SP to inform the Ruling Party MP to surrender.
The MP is in Kurnool‘s Viswa Bharathi hospital saying that he has to be alongside his sick mother. YSR Congress cadres have reached the hospital in big numbers to prevent arrest.
The hospital belongs to a distant relative of Avinash.
Meanwhile, the MP had approached the Supreme Court once again seeking Anticipatory Bail. Previously, the Supreme Court refused to entertain a request for an urgent hearing.
Avinash has been evading the CBI questioning on one reason or the other. The Investigating Agency is looking to arrest him on the grounds of non-cooperation.
