Twenty-five-year-old Lahari Pathivada from McKinney, Texas, vanished on her way to work and was last seen driving a Black Toyota Rav 4, X NCT-4059, around El Dorado Parkway and Hardin Boulevard in McKinney.
After she went missing, her family and friends could finally trace her phone to Oklahoma. A day after Lahari went missing, the WOW community in Texas that helped spread the message of her missing has confirmed that she was found dead. The group has not provided any further information. Authorities, too, are yet to release a statement regarding her death.
Lahari graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas in Dallas in 2019, and she reportedly vanished from work. A friend took to social media and shared her picture to know of any details that could lead to her.
However, the police are looking into the inexplicable change in location that has sparked concerns and fears among her immediate family and friends.
Meanwhile, her friends have shared that the lakes in the US have currents that are unpredictable and urged people to wear life jackets even if they know how to swim. In fact, quite a few people have lost lives in similar incidents.
Also, there are different stories going around with regard to Lahari’s death. One is that she went to Texacoma Lake with a friend, where she was found struggling with currents and was not seen later.
