YS Jagan’s YSR Congress Party is set to hold a public meeting “Siddham” today at Medarametla village of Bapatla district. YCP claimed that around 15 lakh people will attend this meeting, which will take place in an area of 100 acres.
The organizers arranged a “green mat” across the venue area. Green mat is generally used as a chroma-key in the VFX process. Since yesterday, it has been rumoured that YCP will use these green mats to showcase more crowds through VFX.
Meanwhile, notices have been sent to media channels by Bapatla District Police, asking not to cover this event. Police are calling media representatives to take notices.
The Section 149 notices are sent to UTF and TDP leaders as well. They were also asked to refrain from attending this public meeting.
Police warned that failure to comply with the order would result in legal action. Meanwhile, media representatives were shocked to receive notices, asking them not to cover the event, which they found bizarre.
