Former MP Vijayasai Reddy has received fresh notices from the CID in connection with allegations of illegal transfer of shares related to Kakinada Sea Port and SEZ.
The CID already questioned him once and now, he is again asked to appear before the CID Police in Mangalagiri on the 25th of this month.

Vijayasai Reddy and four others have been named as an accused in the case, with Vijayasai Reddy listed as Accused No. 2 (A2).
Sai Reddy is interacting with the media after the questioning.

Last time, when he spoke to the media, he tried to corner YV Subbareddy and his son, Vikranth Reddy in the Kakinada Sea Port and SEZ case.
He clearly said that Vikranth Reddy was the ‘Kartha Karma Kriya’ in that transaction.

Calling Sai Reddy once again indicates that the Government is keen on tightening the screws on Vikranth Reddy and YV Subba Reddy.
YV Subba Reddy may now be forced to join the BJP to save his son or retire from Politics like Sai Reddy.
Subba Reddy is Jagan’s maternal uncle and is a key leader in Jagan’s close-coterie.
If he is in trouble or if he leaves the party, Jagan will be in big trouble.
Along with the Kakinada Port issue, Sai Reddy also spilled beans about Kasireddy Rajasekhara Reddy alleging that he is the kingpin in the Liquor Scam that happened in Jagan’s rule.
Kasireddy was appointed the IT Advisor then and he happens to be Jagan’s relative and a close-aide. We may see Sai Reddy getting notices in that case very soon.
Also, Sai Reddy will definitely talk about the YSR Congress and how Jagan deployed leaders to attack him after the last minute.
Sai Reddy did not respond to their allegations and will do that on the 25th.
Things are slowly turning ugly between both sides even though Sai Reddy tried to show restraint initially.
The problem in messing with Vijayasai Reddy is not just confined to these cases. He is the A2 in all of Jagan’s cases – 10 CBI and 11 ED cases. He also has credible information about YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case.
And then, he has been the family auditor since Raja Reddy’s days. So, he can help Sharmila in the ongoing property disputes case with Jagan.
So, it is suicidal to mess with Sai Reddy.
