Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan is planning to buy another 3 acres next to the land he already owns in Pithapuram. After becoming Deputy CM, he bought land near Gollaprolu national highway in Pithapuram.
The latest update is that he is set to buy another 3 acres beside the existing land parcel. He earlier purchased land under Bhogapuram and Illindrada revenue limits that fall in Pithapuram constituency. Before the 2024 elections, he stayed in a temporary residence in Gollaprolu mandal.
He was initially called an outsider. But Pawan Kalyan promised to build a permanent house and camp office in Pithapuram if elected so he could stay close to his constituency people.
Though he barely won a seat in 2019, he and his party Jana Sena achieved a 100% strike rate in 2024 by winning 21 Assembly and 2 Lok Sabha seats.
The Deputy Chief Minister has said many times that the people of Pithapuram gave him the strength to have a voice in national politics. This new purchase brings hope to Pithapuram residents that Pawan Kalyan will set up a permanent base in the constituency.
