Minister Savitha received the Mortal Remains at Bengaluru Airport and brought them to his village in a convoy.

Nara Lokesh was the first to arrive, along with Ministers Anagani Satya Prasad and Satya Kumar. Lokesh is seen sitting with the family members and is consoling them
Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan also reached Kallitanda later and paid a rich tribute.

On the behalf of the Government, Lokesh announced a financial assistance of Rs. 50 lakhs, Five acres of land, 300 yards of house plot.
On the request of the family members, Lokesh also announced to give one government job for one person in the family.
The Government had announced that it would put up a Bronze Statue of Murali Naik at the District Headquarters and a Memorial where the final rites took place.
Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, who is known for moving in such incidents, also announced another 25 Lakh Rupees personally. He also said they are ready to provide any further assistance needed.
It is appreciable how the Government quickly responded to pay respects to Soldier Murali Naik’s Supreme Sacrifice.
Murali Naik joined the force in December 2022. He is working in the 851 Light Regiment.
His parents, Sri Ram Naik and Jyothibai, are daily laborers. While his father works as a construction worker, his mother does household chores.
Murali is his parents’ only child. Relatives say he was very patriotic from childhood, so he left his job in the railways and joined the army.
He is just 25 years old, and his parents are planning to get him married soon, but this catastrophe has struck even before that.
