Janasena President and Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan, is planning to build a house in his constituency Pithapuram. He won the recent general elections here with a thumping majority.
Pawan Kalyan bought land recently and completed the registration formalities on Wednesday. He bought two bits of land, 1.44 acres and 2.08 acres each in the Illindrada and Bhogapuram revenue division of the Pithapuram mandal.
The land was registered in Pawan Kalyan’s name between 1.30 pm-2 pm yesterday.
Speaking at the public rally, Pawan Kalyan said that he will build his camp office on two acres of land and build a house on the rest of the land and become a resident of Pithapuram to serve the people of his constituency.
The market value of each acre is around Rs. 15-16 lakhs in this region. According to the sources, Janasena leaders are planning to buy another 10 acres of land in the coming days.
Pawan Kalyan visited Pithapuram for the first time in the position of Deputy Chief Minister. He was touring the constituency for the last three days.
