Even cinema and TV celebs are joining the fray, with some campaigning for Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan, whose family is also fully behind his bid for success.

Despite past defeats, Janasenani is determined to win a record majority in Pithapuram this time, where Pawan is contesting.
Many surveys predict a definite win for Pawan Kalyan, estimating a majority of 75 thousand to 1 lakh. This news has brought joy to Janasena supporters.

On May 13, all of the state’s Lok Sabha and Assembly seats will vote simultaneously.
In the 2019 elections, the YSRCP emerged victorious in 151 out of 175 Assembly seats, while Janasena, in alliance with other parties, secured just one seat.

Pawan Kalyan’s appeal among the Kapu community, combined with anti-incumbency sentiment, is seen as crucial for his chances in Pithapuram, where he faces competition from YSR Congress party nominee Vanga Geetha.
Pithapuram gained prominence after it was allocated to Janasena as part of a seat-sharing agreement.
Pawan Kalyan’s candidacy from this region has pitted him against Vanga Geetha of the ruling YSRCP, both representing the influential Kapu community.
