Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has finished the home work on allotting portfolios to his team of ministers. Since the size of cabinet is small, Chandra Babu opted clubbing several ministries. Remaining portfolios which are not allotted to any minister is with Chandra Babu.
