But then, Guntur CID Police submitted a PT Warrant at the last minute and the release has been postponed at the last minute.

Posani was arrested seven days ago. He had to remain in jail for one week because many cases were filed against him one after the other.

It took seven days to get bail in these cases. He will have to remain in jail for some more days but will eventually get bail.

Getting bail in these cases became easy because they are simple cases regarding social media and abuse.

They do not attract serious punishments and getting bail becomes easy.

The serious cases are yet to come. It will not be easy to get bail in such cases.

These small cases will be useful to satisfy the cadres’ ego but ultimately the corruption cases will only get serious results.

In the Opposition, Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, and Pawan Kalyan alleged severe corruption and anarchy in Jagan’s rule.

So they have to draw legal conclusions in such cases and prove that they are right.

On the Government’s side, these cases should not be taken lightly.

They should be handled with precision. Once such cases are registered, they should be watertight.

It should not be like the leaders can walk free easily.

Jagan did exactly the same with Chandrababu Naidu’s cases. Cases with no substance fell apart easily and in fact, helped Chandrababu Naidu and the TDP in the elections.

But then, the leadership should also be mindful of the fact that they should not delay these cases until the last minute.

They should be timed very early so that the cases will not have any impact on the elections.

Before any new case, Chandrababu Naidu should pursue the Center to accelerate Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases and YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder Case.

They are more than enough. As of now, Jagan is still evading the court appearances despite being just an MLA.
